According to data from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the median age of Realtors® in 2018 was 55 years old, with 68% of members aged 45 years or older. The challenge lies in the competitive nature of the real estate advertising landscape, where agents must compete for visibility and leads amidst a sea of listings and marketing efforts.
By providing a user-friendly interface and streamlined workflow, Homesnap Pro enables real estate agents to create and launch targeted ads quickly and efficiently, saving time and reducing frustration associated with traditional advertising platforms.
The UX study, lo-fi, and hi-fidelity designs were released in the time span of three months. Homesnap Pro enables real estate agents to achieve higher lead generation, increased brand visibility, and improved conversion rates, leading to greater success and growth in their business endeavors.
